Can I use the pentax ist battery grip with a Samsung gx-1l?

Recently received as a gift and was told that on the same brand Samsung GX-1l is just a re-brand the IST DL for Pentax. Does anyone know if the battery for pentax functions with Samsung. Thanks for anything positive.

I don 't think the Pentax ever made to an officer for their * ist DL DSLR. He made one for the * ist D but the port base of support was later removed which makes the Pentax BG-1 unusable with newer and cheaper models like the DL, DS and DS2 and their counterparts from Samsung. If you're talking about a third party, should be interchangeable (* ist DL with GX-1L). The release taken as the Dicain SG-1 are linked only through the orifice of the release of cable and the battery taken as adapting OwnUser uses CC DENTRO ports and the issue of cable. The GX-1L is almost identical to the * ist both ports and universal. The Dicain SG-1 has been confirmed to work with the GX-1L and the taking of OwnUser should work well. Since these models DSLR never have been designed or intended not been taken for the ugliness seems to be a negative attribute of these products to market accessories.
